Recently I contacted Amazon customer service about the condition my Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce arrived in.
I would have felt better if there was a plastic seal around the cap.

The taste maybe similar to soysauce but much more balance and more compatible with more dishes.
Lovely with mushroom dishes.
