Pengarah HTAR, Dr Zulkarnain Mohd Rawi berkata, bantuan dan kerjasama ATM tersebut adalah hasil perbincangan antara Ketua Setiausaha KSU Kementerian Kesihatan, Datuk Mohd Shafiq Abdullah dengan pihak ATM.





Dr Zulkarnain had said doctors were bound by the Hippocratic Oath and must put the interests of their patients before their own.









This comes in response to a screenshot of an online news portal report shared by a local politician on his Facebook page claiming inadequate medical supplies and equipment at HTAR.
