Front desk are helpful but once reporting room card malfunction problem around 8:00pm, only one front desk was handling 4 group of customers on the same time.

The Pure Hotel, Sungai Petani, Kedah.
It reminded me of the style of many small boutique hotels I have stayed at in Northern Italy over the years.
The executive rooms on the 2nd floor are the best.

I ate a very satisfactory lunch in the restaurant on the ground floor on one day, which again was good quality.
Before, during check in, the guest would be given a small, compactly folded face towel.
Description: While in Sungai Petani be sure to experience nearby Asian restaurants such as Overstepped Cafe, Hussain Nasi Kandar, or Arnold Cycling Cafe.
