Mee Goreng ( Mie Goreng ) is an Indonesian or Malaysian style stir fry noodles. 'Mee' means noodles and 'Goreng' means fried in the Malay language. Originated in Indonesia but Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei have their own version of Mee Goreng and most ingredients are similar in general.
Set aside. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients of the Sauce together. Set aside. Heat up a wok on high heat and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Add the garlic, 3 tablespoons of Chili Paste, potatoes, bean curd and squid. Stir fry until fragrant. Add the yellow noodles and the Sauce and continue stirring.
